We have been at our current facility for 24 years with two expansions and ability for additional building space.
 
Our manufacturing facility is 6000 square feet. To list some of the production machinery we have: an Altendorf C45 sliding table saw producing 80 sheets a day, Nandina and M’esa 23 line bore construction machine, two Blum hinge bore machine, Nandina 46 row double bore construction machine, SCM Basic 2 edgebander with 3mm capabilities, Omga 12” radial arm saw, state of the art Morbidelli Author series 430 CNC robotics machining center with process finished production capabilities of 60 sheets a day. 2) 4000 pound capacity forklift, Omga precision miter saw, 10 hp Ingersoll Rand air compressor producing air pressure throughout entire shop, 10 hp Felder 20” planer, Northfield 12” jointer. 3? power throughout facility
 
Our manufacturing starts with designing and laying out product to be produced. We then begin cutting on the machining center or table saw, it is then stacked and moved to the construction boring center. From boring department is then moved to edge banding department. At that time product is inspected and prepared for assembly. The final assembly is at the assembly department where it is completed then prepared on pallets. When preparation for shipping is complete it is loaded and shipped with any and all freight carriers available.
 
All of our computers and software are current, custom made and state of the art. Programs include, Auto Cad 2007 and Cabnetware Frame Version 8.1
 
Our product capacity varies on pending contracts that may already exist or may be in production. Approximately, 200 various case goods and desks a week.
